Job Specification:
Graphic Designer
- Creating visual designs for print and digital media
- Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Schedule projects and define budget constraints
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
- Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
- Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
- Test graphics across various media
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
2D & 3D Animator
- Build great motion graphic design using 3D & 2D Animator, library, assets, and visual elements.
- Should have Worked full-time with Graphic art, Print media, and UI design.
- Use pro tools like adobe After effects & adobe photoshop to create design and video assets.
- Support and assist with large-scale projects, and manage assigned daily animation tasks.
- Should have the ability to understand how to design & animate from storyboards.
- Knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop is a must for the position of Motion Graphics Artist & Animator.
- Good communication skills for 2D Animator Job Profile is a must
- Should be proficient in Adobe After Effects
Requirements and skills:
Graphic Designers
- Strong visual and graphic design skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software like CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
2D & 3D Animator
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, 3D animation, or a related creative field OR 6 Months to 1+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proficiency in computer animation programs such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, & Others.
- Ideally, you have a portfolio of related work across several creative projects
- Strong analytical and technical skills along with artistic talent
- Time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of layouts, animation fundamentals, special effects, and typography
- Experience with both print and digital media
